As a first time ring buyer I was ver uncertain about prices between businesses. I knew of Murphy and found myself by them recently and decided to stop in. As soon I walked in I was greeted by a young man named Josh, sharply dressed and ready to help. I was forthcoming to him about my price range and he immediately started showing me options within that and didn't try to oversell which was nice. I wasn't planning on buying the ring on the day I did but I just felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being sold. Josh explained to me this is a family establishment and I got that feeling during the process, I am very happy I got a chance to do business with them.
When in to look for gifts a guy asked if he could help. I told him what I could afford he said let's look around. I stopped to look at something and turned around and he was gone...
