I I wanted a new car & I narrowed it down to between a Jeep Wrangler & another brand altogether. Both cars are great choices but this staff was nice no pressure but very helpful & did a good job of following up with my questions & their actions. Bruno is so nice & even took the time to help me learn & practice how to off & put on the jeep' soft top. The finance manager even re-did the paperwork after I changed my mind on an option & it wasn't an issue. The GM was there every day I was looking at the jeep to test driving & buying. It was a nice experience overall
Bought a jeep wrangler from Cheyenne Gerber who was amazing ,super friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a jeep. Dealership was easy to work with and I had a blast negotiating with them. Very clean and we'll put together dealership. Cheyenne is also great with following up emails and is easy to get a hold of ,very easy.
All in all it was ok except for the wait after my vehicle was serviced and returned to the lot. I waited over 30 minutes and then had to ask what was taking so long because I had an appointment in a few minutes. Lucky the appointment was only 2 blocks down the street.
